Christmas cooking at Southlands Farm

Today we have been busy baking. Claire and I have made hundreds of mince pies in preparation for our very first Open Day on Sunday 11th of December. It definitely made us feel festive with wonderful smells of cooking and coffee filling the kitchen. More baking is in hand although next time I think we need a bit of “Christmas is all around!” from Love Actually to really set the Christmas mood!
