Our First Rare Breed Dexter Beef Boxes!
The boxes will arrive back fresh this Friday and can be delivered to your door. A Beef Box is £250.00 for a quarter beast all vacuum packed and beautifully butchered into cuts ; roasts, steaks, fillet, sirloin and rump, stewing and braising steak, mince steak etc all ready to pop in the freezer and hopefully then on the BBQ! If anyone is interested please let me know on 07876455620 so I can reserve you a box.
It will be a little while before we can do this again as the cattle are allowed to mature slowly on grass and haylage and are well over the commercial age of 20 months and then hung for three weeks…. and I promise well worth the wait!
