Middle Cottage Sleeps 2
A glazed double front door leads into the sitting room with its wood-burning fire and the kitchen dining area. The handmade staircase leads up to the galleried double bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom.
A 1-bedroom Self Catering Cottage
Middle Cottage is snug and cosy, it has a low downstairs ceiling and door, the floor is open plan with under-floor heated tiled floor. The ground floor comprises one room centred around a winding staircase, the sitting area with fireplace and wood-burning stove to one side, and well equipped kitchen/dining area to the other side.
This an ideal romantic hideaway, with books and games for lazy days.
There is an interconnecting downstairs door joining to East Cottage if larger groups wish to rent both.
Middle cottage is perfect for a couple, or to be let in conjunction with East Cottage.
Galleried Bedroom
Upstairs is a galleried bedroom sleeping 2 with exposed beams and en-suite bathroom with bath/ shower.
Kitchen
The kitchen is hand made and well equipped with granite worktops, gas hob and oven and fridge.

With its open plan ground floor and full height void showing off the large south-facing window and roof beams above the sitting area, East Cottage has a light and airy, modern feel whilst featuring original details such as the original dovecote in the bathroom and arrow-slits in the kitchen area.
The Hay Loft
The latest addition to Southlands Farm. The converted hay loft beautiful blends country comforts with contemporary style. A stylish retreat for two inspired by a trip to the Ha Valley in Bhutan.
