Food and Floristry Courses at Southlands
Rosie and Dee have recently set up a new venture: Food and Flowers with Rosie and Dee.
The mother and daughter duo have always loved creating, be it with food or flowers. They have decided its time to start sharing the creative fun in a series of courses run from Southlands Farm Cottages.
All courses include tea and coffee on arrival, a two course lunch with refreshments and a tour of the gardens.

Relax, unwind and take the stress out of hosting!
FOOD
Master effective crowd-pleasing recipes that can be adapted easily depending on what you have in the cupboards.
Create starters and puddings which can be prepared in advance and exquisite canapés which only use minimal ingredients.
Finally, learn how to plate up food beautifully to wow your guests.
FLOWERS
Learn how to throw together beautiful floral displays, of all shapes and sizes.
Create arrangements for every season making the most of what’s in the garden. Learn about growing your own flowers.

We’ve built the cottages to be as environmentally friendly as possible. This includes using renewable energy, composting, growing our own food, supporting local producers, and plating one hundred trees!
